    Let's be straight. "Money makes the world go 'round." We all have money worries and they are often the worst of a patient's many stressors. Dr. Barrett can help make better money decisions and regain a greater sense of control and security.

    Make better food choices. Be prepared to make changes in your diet if you want to see real long-term change.

    Everyone should exercise at their own level, but we all require functional movements on a regular basis. Doing so can help regulate our hormones, releasing mood uplifting hormones like endorphins and growth hormone.
